Here there is the possibility for people with different levels of experience and knowledge to deal specifically with the following topics and to network for Annaberg-Buchholz:

* Demo 1×1:
What do I take with me and how can I behave?
* What is a reference group and why is it important? (You are welcome to come in your reference group, but there will also be the opportunity to form a reference group during and after the training.)
* Decision making at demonstrations
* practical exercises

The timeline is roughly as described below and you are welcome to come to individual modules only – although it would be best for the group process if you could be there all the time.
